Cancellation & Returns Policy of Rebellious India
Cancellations :
To cancel the order, please log in to your Rebellious India account, go to the “Orders” tab, and select the “Cancel Orders” option. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns / Replacements :
Items purchased from Rebellious India are eligible for return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
- If you don’t like the product/size/color, you need to self-ship your order for return/exchange.
- Contact us via the Contact Us page to raise a support ticket within 48 hours.
- After approval, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Once received, our team will inspect the product and ship your replacement product for free.
Free Exchanges :
We accept exchanges free of cost, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
Easy Returns :
- For Prepaid Orders: The full amount (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to your original payment mode.
- For Cash on Delivery Orders: The amount (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to your bank account/UPI.
Exchange for Something Else?
You can choose a different product for exchange. If the new product costs more, you can pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining amount will be issued as a gift card.
Return/Replacement Procedure :
To raise a return/replacement request, mail us at rebelliousindia@gmail.com with a genuine reason and include photos or videos of the product. Make sure to take an unboxing video while opening the package.
Return Rejection Policy
- Product must be returned with original packaging, in perfect condition, with tags intact, and with the invoice.
- If the returned product is in poor condition or has been used, a refund will not be issued.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be in its original condition: Tags attached, unworn, and unwashed.
- Item must be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
- Original invoice must be included with the return.
Important Notes
Rebellious India’s exchange and repair policy applies only within India. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted outside India at this time. If a product requires repair within the warranty period, contact us at rebelliousindia@gmail.com. You may need to return the product by courier at your expense to an address in India.
Unboxing Video Requirement
PLEASE TAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. This helps in case of discrepancies like missing items, wrong product received, or any other issue. Refunds in such cases are only possible if an unboxing video is available.
